چکیده
Background: The genotypic distribution of human papillomavirus (HPV) needs to be determined with detail as it is an important issue when comes public health and preparing vaccines since the HPV type may different in various areas. Objectives: This study aimed at reporting frequency types among women Sari north Iran. Methods: From 2018 October 2019 April, 50 sterile swabs vaginal cervical discharge genital warts, which were performed by a gynecologist, examined determine prevalence genotyping using polymerase chain reaction (PCR). Results: swab samples patients warts included 5 (10.0%) 2 high-risk serotypes simultaneous 4% (16, 18), (18, 35), 2% (66, 67), 1 patient (2%) 33, 34, 35, (4%) 66, 67, 68. Conclusions: Since genotype varies diverse areas, these results can used for screening, management, vaccination target population against common virus Sari.

Comparison of Molecular (PCR) and Pap Smear Methods in Diagnosis of Human Papiloma Virus (HPV) in Women with Genital Warts
Abstract Background and Objective: Much research has shown that Human Papiloma Virus (HPV) plays an important role in cervix cancer and it is the cause of 99% of cervix cancer worldwide. Lots of research has been done to find a proper method for HPV diagnosis and screening in patients with genital warts. This study aimed at comparing PCR method with Pap smear test in HPV screening. Materi...

OBJECTIVE To detect human papillomavirus (HPV) in semen and find if sperm washing removes HPV DNA. METHODS Amplification by nested polymerase chain reaction (PCR) was used to detect viral DNA sequences in semen samples from 85 volunteers. Forty-five men had historical or clinical evidence of genital HPV infection (study group) and 40 were healthy, clinically HPV-negative semen donors. RESUL...

Human papillomavirus (HPV)-related diseases, including cancers, low-grade neoplasia, genital warts, and recurrent respiratory papillomatosis, have a substantial impact on public health. The increasing incidence of HPV infection and genital warts highlights the need for an effective strategy for the management of this disease. Immunization holds the promise of reducing the overall burden of clin...

the purpose of the present study was to estimate the frequency of hpv dna in four groups of oral lesions, including oral squamous cell carcinoma. sixty paraffin-embedded oral tissue samples were examined for the presence of hpv dnas using the pcr technique. these specimens were obtained from patients with oral squamous cell carcinoma (oscc), leukoplakia, oral lichen planus (olp), and pyogenic g...
متن کاملDistribution of human papillomavirus (HPV) genotypes in genital warts from males in Slovenia.
BACKGROUND Genital warts (GWs) are the most frequent benign tumors in the anogenital region of both males and females. Human papillomaviruses (HPV) are etiologically associated with the development of virtually all GWs. HPV-6 and HPV-11 are the most commonly detected HPV genotypes, but at least 20 other alpha-HPV genotypes have occasionally been found in GW tissue specimens. OBJECTIVE There i...
